ProtectGD operates on a dual revenue model, unprecedented in Vietnam's traditional construction materials industry.
Revenue 1
Waste-generating plants (WTE, thermal power, metallurgy, alumina, etc.) pay for the treatment costs. ProtectGD charges a fee upon receiving the raw materials — creating a cash flow before production begins.
Revenue 2
Bricks, panels, precast components, and geopolymer cement are sold at prices 20–35% lower than traditional materials due to negative or near-zero raw material costs.
