Unique Technologies for Recycling and Processing Coal Ash and Red Mud Year 2024
BUILDING BRICKS from COAL ASH
ProtectGD Company has invented a new technology to produce perforated bricks from 100% fly ash aggregate. The current technology of using fly ash to produce bricks in the world can only yield solid bricks, not perforated bricks. We have accomplished that. This innovative solution offers numerous environmental and economic benefits, such as reducing waste and lowering production costs.
The entire production line can be automated and easily reach a capacity of 10 - 20 million bricks/line/year.
The technological characteristics of this new type of brick are:
Raw materials: fly ash + cement
Size: 180-80-80 mm/Weight: 1.2 kg
Dimensions: 240-115-63 mm/Weight 1.3 kg
Compressive strength: from 10 to 20 Mpa
The price is CHEAPER THAN fired clay bricks.
SUMMARY
Products can Use aggregate that is 100% conventional thermal power fly ash waste with Portland cement or Geopolymer cement as the binder.
Bricks are 20% to 30% lighter than unburnt brick products of the same size.
1 billion bricks require 1 million tons of fly ash
PRESENT
Fly ash waste is mostly buried or stored in reservoirs, causing pollution to the air environment (dust and ultra-fine dust causing respiratory diseases) and water sources (due to toxins that can cause cancer such as Arsenic (arsenic), Mercury, Lead and Cadmium accumulate over time and seep into water sources) . Our technology will consume most of this thermoelectric fly ash waste.
SOLUTION
We have improved the brick mold feeding system on common unburnt brick production lines to produce bricks with 100% fly ash aggregate.
The compressive strength of the brick can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the cement content.
BENEFIT
In addition to the public health and environmental benefits of recycling solid waste, it meets the criteria of the circular economythat the world is aiming for . This fly ash brick product belongs to the group of lightweight brick products, so it will enjoy additional investment incentives in addition to incentives when recycling waste.
Reduce the use of natural aggregates which are national natural resources, cannot be renewed like sand and stone to produce ordinary unburnt bricks .
FAVORABLE
Currently, some thermal power plants sell fly ash for $0 or thermal power plants have to pay environmental treatment fees to investors.
This invention has been registered with the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) at the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and registered in the United States.
Investors will receive tax exemptions and reductions according to preferential policies for Waste Recycling Enterprises.
The government encourages the production of unburnt bricks from industrial waste.
EXPERIENCE
We can advise, provide equipment, and transfer technology to factories producing unburnt bricks from fly ash according to our invention .
